We are informed, experienced, and passionate defenders of the rights of people with IDD. We provide services throughout life, from birth to death. Our services are free of charge.

Advocacy Program

Protecting rights and empowering individuals through Educational, Adult, and Judicial Advocacy. Our advocates assist individuals with IDD and their families at no charge.

When the Probate Court appoints The Arc as legal guardian, staff are named as agents to provide guardianship services including oversight of all care.

The Arc Pikes Peak Region serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in El Paso, Park, and Teller Counties.
